When submitting a request, you must verify your identity in the following ways: 1) if the request is submitted in person at the Company – present an identity document or a copy certified in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania; 2) if the request is submitted by mail or email – provide identifying data that the Company holds about you; 3) if the request is submitted through a representative – provide a copy of the identity document certified in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, along with a document proving representation (or a copy of the power of attorney certified in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania).
