Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to accept your custom and personalized orders. Send us a message, and we’ll discuss the details of the jewelry you would like. Once the necklace is made, we will show it to you before shipping. Please note that custom and personalized orders are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged.

Are these real pearls?

Yes! We use 100% natural freshwater pearls, carefully selected for their beauty and quality.

Will the gold plating turn my neck green?

No. Our jewelry is PVD coated, which is the most durable and safe method for plating. This prevents tarnishing, discoloration, and skin reactions, ensuring your piece remains timeless and beautiful for years to come.

Sizing information

The sizes of all jewelry are listed in the description of each item. Use a measuring tape to measure your neck to the spot where you imagine the necklace will sit. Most of our necklaces come with a 5 cm extension chain, allowing you to adjust the length as desired. If you're unsure whether the length is suitable for you or the person you’re gifting, contact us and we’ll help find the perfect solution.

Shipping to other countries

We ship worldwide. The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may occur within the recipient's country.

Local pickup

It is currently possible to pick up the jewelry at our creative studio in Vilnius, located at Jakšto g. 9. You may come to pick up the item only after receiving a notification and arranging a pickup time in advance.

Gift packaging and wrapping

All of our items are packed in personalized cotton pouches or cozy boxes. If the jewelry is intended as a gift for someone else, let us know, and we’ll double wrap the item since the first outer packaging may get damaged during shipping.

Gift card usage

· Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
· Not redeemable for cash or returnable
· If you choose items for a total less than the amount on the gift card, the remaining balance will not be refunded
· Physical gift cards are sent within 1-3 business days, electronic ones within 1 calendar day (if urgent, contact us)

Return and exchange policy

You can return or exchange an item, but please email us first at info@ugnesstory.com. The jewelry must be in its original packaging with tags and unused. Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are covered by the customer.
