DELIVERY TERMS
Products are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment
Available shipping methods:
Within Lithuania: LP Express, Omniva, or DPD parcel lockers (1–2 working days) – €2.60.
To European countries: delivery within 2–10 working days – €6.50.
To countries outside Europe: delivery within 5–15 working days – €6.50.
Pick-up at our studio in Vilnius: free of charge.
Currently, it is possible to pick up the jewelry at our creative studio in Vilnius, located at Jakšto g. 9. You may come to pick up the product only after receiving a notification and arranging a pickup time in advance. If the shipment is urgent, please contact us, and we will do our best to make the jewelry as quickly as possible.
RETURN OF GOODS
If the purchased item has defects or is not suitable, you can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are governed by the Order No. 217, approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods."
The returned/exchanged item must be unworn, undamaged, retain its original appearance, and be in its original packaging

for returns of quality goods, the money will be refunded to the customer within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
