Studio pickup is free (available the next business day at our Vilnius studio, A. Jakšto St. 9)

CUSTOMS
We cover all customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped outside the European Union, so your order arrives without any unexpected fees or charges.

RETURN OF GOODS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, after contacting us first at info@ugnesstory.com.
The jewelry must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns and exchanges do not apply to custom made pieces.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
