Our pieces are designed for everyday wear - resistant to moisture, sweat, and the effects of time.
To maintain their quality for years to come:
· Avoid spraying perfume or cosmetics directly onto the jewelry
· Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight
· Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to accept your custom and personalized orders. Send us a message, and we’ll discuss the details of the jewelry you would like. Once the necklace is made, we will show it to you before shipping. Please note that custom and personalized orders are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged.
Are these real pearls?
Yes. All our pieces are made with 100% natural freshwater pearls, carefully selected for their shape, luster, and quality.
Will the metal leave any marks on the skin?
No. The metals used in our jewelry are coated with advanced PVD technology, a highly durable and resistant layer that doesn’t fade, tarnish, or cause skin irritation.
The coating is waterproof, allowing you to wear your jewelry every day, anytime, anywhere.
Sizing information
The sizes of all jewelry pieces are listed in each product description.
To find your perfect fit, measure your neck to the point where you’d like the necklace to rest.
Most of our necklaces include an additional 5 cm extender chain, allowing you to adjust the length as desired.
If you’re unsure about the right size for yourself or for someone you’re gifting, feel free to contact us, we’ll be happy to help you find the best option.
Shipping to other countries
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or import duties applied in the destination country.
Orders shipped to the United States do not incur any extra customs or import charges, these are already included in the price shown at checkout with standard shipping.
Local pickup
It is currently possible to pick up the jewelry at our creative studio in Vilnius, located at Jakšto g. 9. You may come to pick up the item only after receiving a notification and arranging a pickup time in advance.
Gift packaging and wrapping
All pieces are carefully packed in sturdy boxes and branded cotton pouches.
If your jewelry is intended as a gift, let us know, we’ll add an extra layer of packaging to protect the main box during delivery.
Gift card usage
· Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
· Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
· If the total value of the purchase is lower than the gift card amount, the remaining balance is not refundable
· Physical gift cards are shipped within 1 business day, while digital gift cards are sent immediately after the order is placed. If you wish to schedule the digital gift card to be sent to the recipient at a later date, you can set the delivery time during checkout
· If you’d like a printable version of your online gift card to present as a physical gift, simply reply to your order email, we’ll create a personalized PDF for you
Returns and exchanges
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, please contact us first at info@ugnesstory.com.
The jewelry must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are covered by the customer.
If you’re unsure before placing an order, feel free to contact us - we’ll respond promptly and help you choose the right piece. This often helps to avoid returns and saves time for both sides.
