Products are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over 150 Eur.

Shipping:

  • Within Lithuania – LP Express, Omniva, or DPD parcel terminals – 1–2 business days, €2.60
  • To European countries – 2–10 business days, €5
  • To non-European countries – 5–15 business days, €7
  • Express shipping worldwide – 1–4 business days, €29
  • Pickup at our Vilnius studio – free of charge

Currently, it is possible to pick up the jewelry at our creative studio in Vilnius, located at Jakšto g. 9. You may come to pick up the product only after receiving a notification and arranging a pickup time in advance. If the shipment is urgent, please contact us, and we will do our best to make the jewelry as quickly as possible.

RETURN OF GOODS

If the purchased item has defects or is not suitable, you can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are governed by the Order No. 217, approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods."

  • The returned/exchanged item must be unworn, undamaged, retain its original appearance, and be in its original packaging
  • please notify us in advance by email at info@ugnesstory.com if you intend to return or exchange an item
  • returns/exchanges do not apply to custom-made orders
  • for returns of quality goods, the money will be refunded to the customer within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
